1.  What information is included in the camp directory?
Each camper will have their contact information, years experience at the NCAA LEVEL, and a photograph.  This is extremely important as a reference during camp for the staff that will be evaluating each official.

The photo is due by March 15, 2008 and MUST BE PASSPORT SIZE.  You may use last year's photo, if you wish. Please do not submit an oversized picture and expect the staff to try to crop the picture to the required passport size.

4.  Where do I send my photo and can I send it by email?
The photo should be sent to Ken Rivera. Your PASSPORT SIZE photo can be sent to Ken via email at mwcsuper@comcast.net or via mail at 755 N. Peach Ave., Suite E-7 Clovis, CA 93611.  His phone number is 559-824-5177.
