Bill Agopian - MWC

Bill Agopian is a current member and past President of the California Football Officials Association. Bill has held membership in the Los Angeles, South Bay, and Orange County associations of CFOA. Bill is currently the Supervisor of Officials for the Western State Conference, a 16 team community college conference with geography ranging from Bakersfield to Santa Maria to metro Los Angeles and the Foothill  Citrus areas, with a staff of 78 officials. Bill also is a part-time consultant on officiating and related issues to the CIF, Southern Section and its 520+ member schools. Throughout his career, Bill has focused on the growth and development of officials. Along with Chad Brown of the NFL and Al Granado of the Pacific 10 Conference, Bill started study groups which positively impacted the development of NCAA football officials.

Bill is a Field Judge in the Mountain West Conference, and prior to that he was on the staff of the Western Athletic Conference. He was assigned to the 2000 Gator Bowl and 1999 Hula Bowl. Bill also is on staff with the Arena Football League, having completed his first season as Line Judge in 2001.

Bill is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University. He is a resident of Foothill Ranch, California, and is a Human Resources Manager. He is the proud father of his son Andrew and daughter Carly, and very blessed to have Cindy as his wife!
