Cutaia - Pac-10
Dave has been officiating for many years.
He currently works in the Pac 10 and also officiates high school football when
time permits. His experience includes, Pac 10 Official (college) 1983 to
Present: Post Season Assignments: 2001-Citrus Bowl, 1999 Fiesta Bowl (National
Championship), 1998 Humanitarian Bowl, 1997 Fiesta Bowl and 1994 Cotton Bowl,
East-West Shrine Game: 1987, 1991, 1995, 2000. Other experience Division II
(college) 1976 to Present: Dave has worked many Division II Playoff games. He
is a member of the Contra Costa Officials Association (high School) 1968 to
present: All works positions except Umpire.
His occupation of Police Chief in Martinez keeps
him busy and he enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends. In
addition to officiating football, Dave also officiates high school basketball.
He is currently Chairman of the North Coast Section Football Coordinating
Council and is a member of the California Interscholastic Federation,
Accreditation Committee.
