Ruben Fowler - NFL
Ruben is from Austin Tx, played college football at Angelo
State Univ., and was a member of the 1978 National Championship team. He joined
the Austin Chapter of Officiating in 1990 and worked in the Southland Conference
in 2001-2002. He then joined C-USA in 2003, worked the 2003 Army-Navy game, and
Champs Bowl in 2004. He worked NFL Europe 2005-06 and Arena2 2004-06, and was
hired by the National Football League in 2006.
Ruben is a retired Firefighter (city of Austin) 25
