Harvey - Southland Conf
Jim is currently the Coordinator of Football officials in the
Southland Conference. The Southland Conference is a seven football member
conference consisting of three colleges in Texas and four in Louisiana. He
served as a referee in the Western Athletic Conference, Conference USA, and the
Southland Conference. He has worked the Cotton Bowl , Garden State Bowl, and
numerous I-AA Play-off games.
Jim is currently married to Pat and they have four grown
children: Robert, Linda , Laura, and Cathy. Jim holds a Ph.D from Louisiana
State University and is retired from El Centro College of the Dallas County
Community College District, where he was the Coordinator of Physical Education.
