Judson Howard lives in Los Angeles, California and started working Division I in 1985 in the PCAA/Big West as a deep official and Referee. He recently finished his on field career in the Mountain West Conference. His post-season games were the Freedom, Las Vegas, Aloha, Oahu, Music City, Holiday, Houston, Hawaii and Gator bowls. He also worked three pre-season bowls – Pigskin Classic, Black Coaches Association and Hispanic College Fund Classic.

Judson is active with the California Football Officials Association, serving as an instructor and observer. He is the Los Angeles/South Bay NCAA Area Coordinator for the Southern California Collegiate Football Officials Association. Judson is currently an NFL scout, a Replay Official for the Mountain West Conference and staff writer for Referee magazine.
