Judson started working Division I in 1985 in the PCAA/Big West as a deep official and Referee. He is currently a Field Judge in the Mountain West Conference. His post-season games are the Freedom, Las Vegas, Aloha, Oahu, Music City, Holiday, Houston, Hawaii and Gator bowls. He also worked three pre-season bowls – Pigskin Classic, Black Coaches Association and Hispanic College Fund Classic. Judson lives in Los Angeles and is active with the California Football Officials Association (CFOA), serving as an instructor, observer and mentor. He is the Los Angeles/South Bay NCAA Area Coordinator for the Southern California Collegiate Football Officials Association (SCCFOA).
