Jim Jackson - Coordinator of Football Officials, OVC
- Jim Jackson is currently Football Officiating
Coordinator for the Ohio Valley Conference, located in
Brentwood, TN. Prior to this appointment, he spent 9 years as a
Referee in the FCS Southern Conference, and 6 years as a Referee
in the FBS Sun Belt Conference. He worked multiple playoff games
at the FCS level, and multiple bowl games at the FBS level. In
2002, he was selected as the Sun Belt’s Silver Whistle award
winner as the conference’s Football Official of the Year.
Jackson’s officiating career also included 17 years as an NCAA
basketball official. Jackson and his wife, Charlene, live in
Chattanooga, TN.
