Rich has been a Division I Football and Basketball Official
since 1984. Rich has officiated Div I football in the Big West, WAC and starting
in September 2005, the Mountain West Conference. Rich has officiated seven Div I
Football Bowl games.
In addition to football, Rich is a basketball official and has worked five CIF
Basketball finals, the NCAA Div II National Championship game, two NIT
basketball tournament games, and the NAIA National Tournament. Currently, Rich
is the Coordinator of Football and Basketball Officials for Mission Conference,
Orange Empire, and South Coast Community College Conferences..
