Kozak - MWC
Joe and his wife Anita live in Glen Ivy, California. He began
his officiating career in 1965 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Since 1970 Joe has been
officiating locally. He joined the PCAA/Big West Conference in 1984 as an
umpire. Joe's bowl experience includes the Holiday, Independence, Freedom,
Aloha, Las Vegas, Oahu, and Music City. He was hired by the MWC as a replay
official in 2006.
