Leon lives in Madera, California. He is currently the
Supervisor of Officials for the San Joaquin Valley Football Officials
Association. Leon worked in the PCAA/Big West for 14 years. He has officiated
high school football for 34 years, 29 of those at the Referee position. He has
worked numerous high school play-off and all-star games. Leon has worked at the
junior college level for 29 years. He has worked five junior college bowl games
and one state championship.
