Mike has been officiating for over 15 years. He has had the opportunity to work in the Big Sky (99’-01’), Mountain West (02’-04’), and Pacific 10 (03’-06’) conferences. In 1996 Mike was appointed to the Arena Football League staff and has worked consecutive playoff assignments for the past 6 seasons. In 2000 Mike was selected to work as a side judge on the initial staff of the inaugural XFL. He has been a part of the NFL-Europe staff since 2004.

His college post season experience includes the NCAA 1-AA playoffs and the 2006 Nokia Sugar Bowl.

Mike currently resides in Coto de Caza, California with his wife, Kelly, and their three daughters.
