Bill has been involved with football officiating
for 40 years.
His experience includes fifteen years of College officiating
,ten years of which in three Division 1 conferences including the former
Southwest Conference. He has been an observer for several College conferences,
including the Southwest, Big West, Sun Belt, Southland and Mountain West for the
past nineteen years.
He is a Life Member of the Fort Worth Football Officials Association and the
Texas Association of Sports Officials (TASO). Additionally, he is a member of
the NFL officials scouting department and serves on the Board of Directors for
the Armed Services Bowl in Fort Worth with responsibility for hosting the Game
Officials.
