McClure - MWC/NFL- Scout
Bill has 32 years of football officiating experience. He has
ten years of Division 1 College officiating in three conferences, including the
former Southwest Conference and has been an observer for the Southwest
Conference, Big West and Sun Belt Conferences for the past thirteen years.
He is to be the Observer for the Mountain West Conference at
TCU beginning in 2005, a member of the NFL officials scouting department and
chairman of the Officials host committee for the Fort Worth Bowl.
