Novak - CFO West
Scott and his wife, Cindy, reside in Highlands Ranch, Colorado
with their two children, Ashley and Ryan. Scott began his high school
officiating in 1990 and worked two state championship games (1995 5A and 1998
2A). He was hired by the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference in 1996 and worked
a Division 11 playoff game in 1999. Scott was hired by the Mountain West
Conference in 2000, and was moved to referee in 2004. Joined NFL Europe staff in 2006
and hired into the Big 12 in 2008 as a
referee.
