O'Cain - SCIAC, MWC
Jack lives in West Covina, California with his wife, Shirley.
He has one daughter, Shari and two sons, Brian and Barry. Jack began his high
school officiating in 1958 and college in 1963-1983. He has been the
Coordinator of Football Officials for the PCAA/Big West since 1984-2001 and the
Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference since 1976. He has
eight officials working on the field in the NFL. Jack was awarded the Butch
Lambert Football Officials Award by the All-American Football Foundation in
1999.
