Stoney - SCIAC
John is a member of the Channel Coast Officials Association
and has served as board member, NCAA instructor, and president since joining in
1970. His officiating experience includes working in the Western Football
Conference, American West Football Conference, S.C.I.A.C., W.C.F.O.A., and four
major California Junior College Conferences. He has worked seven N.C.A.A
Division II and III playoff games including the 1990 Division II National
Championship game. In his 30 years of officiating experience, John has also
worked nine C.I.E Championship games including the 1996 Division I and 1998
Final game. John has also officiated ten Junior College Bowl Games including
the first ever 1997 California State J.C. Championship Game and the 1998 Potato
Bowl, 2001 the CIF HS Div VI Finals.
