 Frank
White - AFL, WAC
Frank and his wife Sally reside in Kaneohe,
Hawaii. They have two girls, Kelly, a Houston based Shell Oil Company employee
and Courtney, a first year law school student at Seattle University.
Frank started working high school
football in 1971 and began officiating Hawaii college ball in 1976. In 1986 he
was selected to the Western Athletic Conference as a back judge.
In 1996 he was
promoted to referee. He has worked numerous bowl games including the Alamo, Sun,
Oahu, Aloha (twice), Holiday, Continental and 30 consecutive Hula Bowl games.
In
2002 he was selected into the AFL2 staff and refereed last year's Arena Cup
championship.
