Bob and his wife Betty Anne live in Seal Beach, California. Bob
has 40 years of football officiating experience with 25 at the Division 1 level.
He worked in the PCAA/Big West Conference from 1984-95, the Pac-10 Conference
from 1995-1999 and the WAC from 2000-2004. He was hired by the Mountain West
Conference in 2005. His post-season assignments include the Martin Luther King,
California, Pigskin Classic, East/West, Las Vegas, Alamo, Tangerine,
St.Petersburg, Hula and Sheraton Hawaii Bowl games.
